UI/UX Designer
Job Description
• Works on UX/UI design projects within consulting, agency, or in-house design teams.
• Creates innovative and engaging digital experiences through exceptional design.
• Participates in the end-to-end design process, including research, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, user testing, and visual design deliverables.
• Develops creative solutions and actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative research.
• Utilizes visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Stays updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Ensures accessibility standards are met in all design projects.
• Communicates and presents ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business and user goals.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a relevant field
• Minimum (3) years of experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
• Deep understanding of the full design process, from research to implementation.
• Ability to analyze user behavior and deliver data-driven design solutions.
• Knowledge of current design trends, UX/UI best practices, and accessibility standards.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
