Job Description
• Upload, update, and manage website content using CMS platforms (ex. Sitecore).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in content formatting, data entry, and metadata tagging.
• Coordinate data and content gathering processes, collaborating with internal teams to collect and organize materials
• Utilize reporting tools to track content performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in content quality assurance, ensuring all published materials align with brand guidelines and standards.
• Support e-commerce or administrative operations, ensuring seamless integration of content into digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot content upload issues and maintain documentation for content management processes.
• Stay up to date with best practices in content management and digital asset organization.
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (previous experience is a plus)
• Coordination of data and content gathering processes
• Understanding and use of reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to coordinate and manage content workflows effectively.
• Comfortable working in a supportive role within a digital or e-commerce environment.
