Fixed Services 2nd Level Support Technician
Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece, is looking for one person to staff the following position:
Fixed Services 2nd Level Support Technician
Job Overview:
- Handle incoming calls regarding technical issues
- Manage technical customer requests related to Fixed, Cloud, and ICT services
- Perform 1st and 2nd level technical troubleshooting on Fixed, Cloud, and ICT services
- Provide phone support to field technicians visiting customer premises
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- University or College degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support for fixed services
- Proficient in both Greek and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, VoIP, xDSL technology, and DSLAMs
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on quality service
- Highly self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills
