Onsite User Services Specialist
Job Description:
• Creates, resolves, and closes incidents/service requests within allocated timelines.
• Supports IT hardware lifecycle management processes.
• Provides support and guidance for onsite services (e.g., events and meetings) by leveraging internal and external providers. Drives the user experience and promotes best practices.
• Supports all standard workplace infrastructure, global/local projects, and deployments.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience and relevant knowledge in the specific field
• Experience in ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Excellent working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in an IT service delivery
• Good knowledge on IT processes & good network within global Informatics and the local site
• Understanding of operating systems, devices, and applications, including the Google Suite of Applications, MS Office, etc.
• Solid written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and integrity
• Servant & creative leadership behavior / Lean-Agile Mindset
