Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service)
Job Description
• Manages end-to-end order management (order to cash process) through company systems (SAP ATLAS and local tools), including related returns/refusals and credit notes.
• Ensures orders are delivered as per customer requests by addressing day-to-day issues with customers, sales, and third-party logistics providers (delays, missing products, wrong/late documents).
• Ensures accurate and timely period and year-end closing activities.
• Manages the relationship with external customers, sales, and third-party logistics providers regarding order status and service level KPIs.
• Conducts periodical performance analysis on Supply Chain KPIs, identifies root causes, and defines corrective actions.
• Aligns with different functions within Supply Chain (planning, logistics), as well as with the rest of the organization (sales, finance), and external stakeholders (customers, external vendors).
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or equivalent
• At least 12 months experience in related roles in multinationals in the consumer goods sector (FMCG), with a preference for the food sector
• Good use of Excel and good knowledge of SAP
• Precision and analytical skills
• Speed of execution, flexibility and definition of priorities in situations of uncertainty
• Ability to build trust based relationship
• Good communication and team working skills
• Fluency in English (C2 level)
