Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a large multinational lifting machinery company, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Service Manager
Job Description
•Monitor Team activities and arrange regular meetings to inform them for results achieved against plan of the year
•Discover FSE needs of the team and recognize areas for improvement in processes
•Responsible for empowering FSE in several areas soft skills area, customer approach, quotations etc.
•Monitor FSE development by using ‘Service Engineer excellence’ tool and set next kpi‘s to be checked
•Responsible for the evaluation of FSE
•Set individual economic targets to FSE
•Cooperation with other SM team member to achieve economic targets of SAS department
•Attend to regular meetings with TRB to get feedback for technical performance of FSE
•Attend to regular meetings with B/O manager to improve processes between B/O and FSE
•Attend to all necessary management meetings within sales unit and central departments of the company
•Planning for needs of Team regarding training costs, nr. of FSE, big projects
•Release orders for expenses
•Ensure high level of customer care by addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
•Monitor and approve quotation over a specific cost amount
•Inform customer regarding high amount quotations and provide them alternative solutions
•Ensure that in urgent customer situation SM should communicate with Sales Department to provide alternative solution e.g. bridging truck
•Ensure profit in all type of contracts (MC, FS, LTR) and if need it act accordingly
•Update C4C for customer visits
•Periodic inspection of daily program of FSE
•Monitoring van stock
•Monitoring debit occasions to take commercial measures if need it
•Promote Jellow way culture
Candidate’s Profile
•3+ years working experience in After Sales industry environment
•High school graduate (ΙΕΚ, ΤΕΙ desired)
•High verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
•Computer Literacy & knowledge of CRM/ERP System
•Leadership and organizational skills
•Efficient Time Management
•Cost effectiveness and Negotiation skills
•Customer Service skills
•Process improvement skills

•Good interpersonal relations
