Job Description: As a Senior Consultant you will:
Take full ownership of sourcing and sales activities
Manage end-to-end recruitment projects for middle to senior-level positions
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes
Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure availability and commitment
Actively participate in recruitment and career events
Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who possess:
University degree in Business/Economics/Social Sciences or related field
Master’s degree in HR will be considered as a strong asset
At least five (5) years of working experience in a similar position, either in Talent Acquisition or in the consulting sector
Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment project
Experience in client-facing or account management roles is a strong asset
Fluency in Greek and English language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer centricity with ability to liase with C-level stakeholders
Target – oriented with advanced organisational skills
