Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
 
Administration Assistant (Based in Thessaloniki)

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support the sales and back-office teams, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
•    Manage and enter orders into the system.
•    Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
•    Communicate with clients and partners to track orders.
•    Prepare & file relevant documents.
•    Assist in creating reports and presentations.
•    Collaborate with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Candidate profile: 
•    Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred).
•    Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (is a plus but not required)
•    Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
•    Ability to work in multinational environment 
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•    Good communication skills & ability to work in a team.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
