Job Description
- Deliver top-notch account management for both new and existing business accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential customer opportunities and stay ahead of the competition in your area.
- Confidently communicate the benefits of Vodafone’s cutting-edge products and services to costumers.
- Understand diverse customer profiles and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Monitor performance and provide valuable feedback to the Sales SPV.
Canditate Profile
- Proven experience in a business sales channel with a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales.
- University degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Valid driving licence.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong understanding of technical and IT business solutions.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn about the latest business services and products.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Confidence to engage with clients and present services effectively.
