Job Summary
The Account Manager (Horeca) is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s food products to hotels, restaurant chains, and catering services. The role includes developing a robust sales pipeline, conducting product presentations, building strong customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Job description
  • Promote and sell the company’s food products to hotels, restaurant chains, and catering services
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conduct product presentations and tastings to showcase product features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the Horeca industry
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of products to customers
  • rack sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review
  • Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, buying behavior, and market trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry or hospitality sector
  • Strong network within the Horeca industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
  • Proficient in English both written and oral
  • Valid driver’s license
