Job Summary
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team in the food industry. The role consists of building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, drive sales growth, and maximize revenue. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, planning strategic account activities, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
 
Job description
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to achieve sales targets
  • Drive sales growth through strategic account planning and execution
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Monitor and evaluate trade marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and ROI
  • Monitor Gross Margin and correct Budget allocation
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
  • Track account performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Utilize sales data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions

Candidate profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry
  • Knowledge of the frozen food category is a plus
  • Proven experience in trade marketing and retail promotions will be highly appreciated
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and trade marketing tools
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
