Collections Specialist (Accounts Receivable)
Job Description
• Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on unpaid invoices.
• Identify and resolve payment issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and ensure a smooth collections process.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely payments.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
