Insurance Relationship Manager
(Heraklion Crete)
Job Description
•Executes sales through leads generated via referrals from the assigned bank partner.
•Analyzes customers’ needs in insurance areas and covers these needs with the company’s product range.
•Cross-sells and up-sells to the client base.
•Provides post-sales servicing and manages customer relationships.
•Meets personal and team sales targets.
•Attends meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay updated on the latest developments.
•Reports and provides feedback to management using statistical data.
Candidate Profile
•BA/BS degree or equivalent
•Proficient in Computer Use
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
