Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international company in technology services, dynamic professionals to cover the following position:
Functional Analyst / QA
Job Description
• Analyze and gather requirements for Business Intelligence and Reporting systems.
• Create detailed functional specifications.
• Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate with remote team members using collaboration tools (Teams, Slack).
• Manage and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
• Provide leadership and foster a collaborative team environment.
Candidate Profile
• 3-4 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and creating functional specifications in Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Knowledge or experience in the Banking Industry (considered an asset)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Leadership ability with a collaborative spirit and sense of ownership
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams using tools such as Teams and Slack
• Completion of military obligations (if applicable)
