Remote Customer Support Representative
Job description
• Manages communication requests for riders and drivers
• Answers questions and provides information
• Delivers high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat,
phone)
• Triages issues and escalates them when necessary
Candidate Profile
• University or Technological Institute degree
• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
• PC Literate
• Available to work in a shift-based program
• Ability to handle multiple issues at once and to efficiently resolve a number of
inquiries
• Excellent reading, comprehension and writing skills
• Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed
users' expectations
• Ability to work well in a team environment
