Gold Club Service Manager

• Handle incoming calls regarding technical issues reported by VIP Corporate customers.
• Proactively monitor Fixed, Cloud, and ICT services for VIP Corporate customers to ensure service availability and quality.
• Perform 1st level technical troubleshooting for Fixed, Cloud, and ICT services.
• Provide periodic updates to VIP Corporate customers regarding the progress of open technical issues.
• Monitor the network and identify potential abnormalities or problems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee SLA monitoring and escalate issues to prevent SLA violations for VIP Corporate customers.
• Conduct reporting analysis to identify chronic issues and provide actionable recommendations for resolution.

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, particularly for fixed services.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of MS Office, VoIP, xDSL technology, and network monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide high-quality customer support.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
