Exports Back Office Executive (Based in Sindos)

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international well-known company in the food industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Exports Back Office Executive
(Based in Sindos)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track incoming orders within the ERP system
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams (Operations, Finance), and third parties (Freight forwarders, Customs brokers) to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs procedures, preparing necessary documentation for clearance
• Coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and address any delays or issues
• Ensure timely payments from clients in line with commercial terms
• Prepare key reports (e.g., monthly sales) and export documentation for audits and compliance checks
• Support the International Business Development Director with daily tasks and assist in the preparation for international trade shows
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Private Educational Institute (ie IEK) or relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English and Greek - knowledge of a third language (e.g., French or German) is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM software and export-related documentation systems
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, policies and logistics
• Good organizational & interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy in tasks and responsibilities
