Administrative Assistant
Job Description
• Provides comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the assigned directors and managers.
• Assists the department with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Facilitates effective and positive internal communication within the team to support goal achievement and decision-making processes.
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize workflow within the team.
• Acts as a liaison to enhance and maintain corporate image, in alignment with Greece’s vision, mission, and values.
• Supports team projects and initiatives by coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism in all communications, contributing positively to the team’s internal and external relationships.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least two (2) years relevant experience as administrative assistant
• Excellent command of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good Knowledge of and planning/tracking of financial issues
• Knowledge of EOF and SFEE platforms will be considered an asset
• Experience in Pharma Industry would be desirable
• Good knowledge of contracts handling
• Knowledge of SAP systems will be considered an asset
• Excellent office organizational and filing skills
• Effective communication skills and proactive collaborator
