Project Finance Manager

Project Finance Manager
who will support the Group Treasury Division across all related workstreams.
Job Description
Position reporting to General Manager of Financial Services:
•Prepares business plan presentations, information memorandums, bank teasers & reports addressed to Banks.
•Develops/ manages complex financial models that project cash flows/ calculate debt covenants at a project and/or corporate level and runs sensitivity analysis.
•Reviews and comments on PPPs tender documentation from a bankability perspective and assists throughout the bidding process.
•Reviews financing term sheets and related documentation
•Participates in/ coordinates the due diligence process of the financing workstream and cooperates with financial advisors for any structuring aspect.
•Participates and contributes to negotiations regarding project finance documentation.
•Executes transactions including financial close process, CPs satisfaction and drawdowns.
•Ensures compliance with information and other undertakings according to finance documentation post-closing.
Desired Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
•Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an asset.
•3 - 6 years’ proven related experience in a bank, advisory firm or a large organization with similar responsibilities
•Strong analytical skills and financial modelling capabilities
•Knowledge/ prior experience in financing documents negotiations and related legal aspects will be considered an asset.
•Active participation in the CFA program or ACCA qualification will be highly regarded.
•Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
•PMO skills
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•Fluency in English is essential.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Analytical thinking
•Results oriented.
