Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well known pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Congress & Event Coordinator
Job Description
• Prepares submission of applications and monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations of EOF/SFEE/ Internal regulation-SOPs.
• Coordinates services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing, and event security.
• Collaborates with rest Conference and events planners. 
• Organizes registration of event participants
• Cooperates with partners and internal company departments.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business Administration
• At least one (1) year of experience in similar position 
• Computer literacy with excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and efficient with ability to prioritize & adapt to change.
