Area Manager
Join a dynamic and growing team where you will lead and drive success across Athens & South Coast Area. We are looking for a passionate Area Manager who thrives on achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and leading teams to deliver outstanding results.
Job Description
•    Plan, direct and control all phases of successful operation within your area of responsibility. 
•    Assist with the preparation and achievement of an annual business plan. 
•    Perform sales activities with assigned clients to increase sales and profitability.
•    Develop your area team so that each member is fully trained and developed to the optimum level. 
•    Schedule and conduct regular meetings in your area. Audit and monitor the activities of the team to ensure the area is providing optimum service levels. Conduct performance evaluations and prepare developmental plans for your team in a timely manner.
•    Develop and maintain a strong brand awareness via social media, advertising, networking, public relations in your territory of responsibility. 
•    Provide regular reports on sales, budgets, and operational performance to senior management.
Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration, or a related field
•    Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and sales management
•    Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
•    Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•    Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop actionable business strategies.
•    A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
•    Familiarity with Services is advantageous
