Business Development Agent (Thessaloniki)

Business Development Agent (Thessaloniki)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and emerging opportunities
- Engage with prospects through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate interest in our services
- Qualify leads through effective needs analysis and understanding client requirements
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow-up activities using CRM software
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for outreach and engagement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position the company
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a recruitment or B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
