Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a Leading Manufacturing Company with international presence, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Paper Maker (based in Phthiotis)
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervise the production team for all production operations ensuring proper running of the paper machine and winder (quality & quantity).
• Setting up and adjusting machine to proper specifications and optimizing the machine capability
• Optimize machine production output and reduce broke production to ensure manufacturing efficiency and maximum uptime
• Conduct training for production personnel and carry out on the job trainings
• Assist the Production Manager in selecting the right wire/felt for the machine
• Keep all mill machines running in good conditions to maximize uptime
• Inform the Plant Manager of any abnormal function in the mill from the machine to the wrapping machine, including machine auxiliaries
• Coordinate with the maintenance department for any equipment malfunctioning

CANDIDATE PROFILE
•10+ years of experience in production management in a paperboard manufacturing facility that produces Testliner and Fluting
• Engineering degree
• Willing to support the team remotely by phone or to work in the mill after hours in case of emergency
• Languages: English is a must
