Senior HR Operations Officer
Adecco HR is the global leader in HR services, certified in Greece with ISO 9001:2008 in the fields of search and selection services and temporary placement. Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a 5* Star Hotel in Greece, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Senior HR Operations Officer (Full year position, based in Heraklion)
Job Description
•Oversee the day-to-day hr operations
•Ensure that employees follow HR policies and procedures
•Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and job satisfaction
•Collaborate with managers to investigate employee complaints and disciplinary cases, recommending appropriate actions based on findings
•Manages staff benefits, ensuring the best possible staff experience (restaurant, rooms, gym, changing rooms, etc.)
•Act as a point of contact for employees, and handle complex and/or escalated issues, working closely with other departments to find solutions
•Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for various positions (off season period)
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
•Ms Degree in Human Resources will be a plus
•At least 5 years experience in HR or hotel operations
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff
•Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
•Good knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
•Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and find creative solutions
•Empathy, attention to detail and confidentiality
•Excellent command of English
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
