IT Specialist
Job Description
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems promptly.
• Respond to user inquiries and service requests.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and software.
• Ensure all systems are secure and running efficiently.
• Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment.
• Assist in the deployment of new IT assets.
• Implement and adhere to IT security policies and procedures.
• Monitor systems for security breaches and respond to incidents as needed.
Candidate Profile
• A degree (IEK, TEI, AEI) in Computer Science or relevant.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in an IT support role.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Basic knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, 11 operating systems.
• Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Very Good knowledge of English language
