Reception and Office Administration
Job Description:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare memos, reports, forms, correspondence and presentations
- File and update contact information of employees, customes, suppliers and external partners
- Develop and maintain an updated filing system
- Check the level of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make business travel arrangements for executives
- Document expenses, budget and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in any field is considered a plus
- Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative assistant
- Proficiency in English and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with office organization techniques and processes
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Integrity, discretion and professionalism
