Custody Operations Administrator (Bank Sector)
Job Description
• Processes transactions (input, matching, and settlement instructions to market participants).
• Communicates with counterparties to perform first-level validation/pre-matching of orders.
• Processes corporate actions (voluntary/mandatory).
• Processes income collection (coupons/dividends).
• Supports institutional clients with tax services (tax relief at source, reclaims).
• Produces SWIFT messages regarding settlements and corporate actions.
• Liaises with and supports client requests.
• Cooperates closely with other Bank’s units as well as with domestic and foreign custodians and other market participants and counterparties.
Candidate Profile
• University Degree preferably in Economics, Banking, Finance and Science
• Knowledge of Investment products (Equities, Bonds and Mutual Funds)
• Very good knowledge of English, (oral and written)
• Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Previous experience in Custody operations will be considered as an additional qualification.
• Knowledge of Swift messages ISO 15022 type 202, 210 and 5xx for Corporate Actions or messages ISO 20022 will be considered as an additional qualification.
