Administrative Assistant (Marousi)
Job Description:
• Assists the Business Unit’s project implementation as appropriate, including production and formatting of documents and presentations.
• Assists the Business Unit’s proposal preparation, including formatting and design of graphics, proofreading, and editing of technical documents, and supporting consultants to develop high-quality presentations 
• Backstops in the context of projects such as stakeholder communication, submission of deliverables, communication with experts regarding the logistics of their contracts (e.g., signed timesheets)
• Backstops in the context of proposals such as communication with external experts regarding their CVs and other personal documentation, logistics of proposal submission, and proposal assistance
• Maintains the Business Unit’s databases and filing system for paper and electronic copies of documents
• Maintains calendars and supports organizing meetings, both face-to-face and online, providing technical support as required
• Answers calls, takes messages, and handles correspondence
• Arranges in-house and external events
• Maintains updated contact information for the Business Unit’s clients, suppliers, and collaborators
• Checks the levels of office supplies and places appropriate orders
• Supports knowledge and job management systems
 Candidate Profile:
• University degree holder
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant in the consulting or in construction industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• High level of competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Numeracy skills and ability to use Excel spreadsheets for data analysis
• Visual and design skills, including formatting skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to use a variety of systems, including CRM (customer relationship management 
systems)
• Experience in using presentation and graphics software
• Experience with interactive meeting software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
