Driver
(Athens)
Job Description
• Transport the Ambassador and other Embassy staff safely and efficiently
• Basic vehicle maintenance
• Handling vehicle-related matters such as insurances, and administrative matters at sales/purchases of diplomatic vehicles
• Handle various errands (purchases of consumables, office supplies, authorities, bank, etc.)
• Administrative support (update contact lists, office support, etc.)
Candidate’s Profile
• Minimum High School Degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role. Work experience from embassies, ministries, international organizations is a distinct advantage
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Extensive knowledge of Athens’ streets and routes & proficiency in navigating without GPS
• Multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Basic first aid training is a plus
• Native proficiency in Greek and high standard of written and spoken English
• IT skills (MS-Office)
