Fixed Services 2nd Level Support Technician


Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece, is looking for one person to staff the following position:
Fixed Services 2nd Level Support Technician
Job description:
  • Call reception for technical issues
  • Management of  technical customer requests related on Fixed, Cloud and ICT services
  • 1st and 2nd level technical troubleshooting on Fixed, Cloud and ICT services
  • Phone support to field technicians that visit customers premises

Candidate profile:
  • University or College degree in Informatics, Computer science or Telecommunications
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support on fixed services
  • Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office , VoIP , xDSL technology and DSLAMs
  • Customer orientation – emphasis on quality
  • High levels of self-motivation, team player with analytical skills
