Customer Support Representative (Romanian)

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a large multinational company in the betting sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position.
Customer Support Representative (Romanian Speaker)
Job Description:
• Handling customer requests through incoming calls
• Managing outbound calls and correspondence
• Maintaining and confirming customer card details
• Providing information and explanations on product features and procedures
Candidate Profile:
• Graduates of Secondary and/or Higher Education
• Excellent knowledge of Romanian Language
• Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work in shifts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication skills
• Team spirit of cooperation
