Customer Service Associate for Supply Chain Dept. (1 year contract)

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational leading pharmaceutical firm, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Customer Service Associate for Supply Chain Dept. (1 year contract)
Job Description
• Assist customers in the use of the company's website and platform
• Assist in the preparation of customer orders using the ERP program SAP
• Monitor imports and deliveries from the Group Factories as well as the daily EOF safety stickers operation
• Prepare reports and sumbit them to the local authorities (EOF, Ministry of Health)
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Finance/Business or Supply Chain sector
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar Customer service or Supply Chain position, ideally in Pharma sector
• Fluency in English and PC skills (MS-Office applications and especially Excel)
• SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
• Communication, organization, planning and time-management skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask according to business needs
