CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
• End to end order management (order to cash process) through compa-ny systems (SAP ATLAS and local tools), including related returns / re-fusals and credit notes
• Ensure orders delivery as per customer requests by addressing day to day issues with customers, sales and third party logistic provider (de-lays, missing products, wrong / late documents)
• Ensure accurate and timely period and year end closing activities
• Manage the relationship with external customers, sales and third party logistic provider on order status and service level KPIs
• Run periodical performance analysis on Supply Chain KPIs, identify root causes and define corrective actions
• Align with the different functions within Supply Chain (planning, logis-tics) but as well in the rest of the organization (sales, finance) and be-yond (customers, external vendors)
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
• At least 12 months experience in related roles in multinationals in the consumer goods sector (FMCG), with a preference for the food sector
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or equivalent
• Good use of Excel and good knowledge of SAP
• Precision and analytical skills
• Speed of execution, flexibility and definition of priorities in situations of uncertainty
• Ability to build trust based relationship
• Good communication and team working skills
• Fluency in English (C2 level)
