Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
FINANCIAL OPERATIONS
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Monitors and safeguards Trade Discounts (Customer Discounts) per customer and segment vs. budget and forecast, provides insights to key stakeholders on variances
• Maintain the documentation support and appropriate balance of Trade Discounts for proper accounting in both financial and management reporting
• Prepare and report periodical, quarterly and annual financial statements through Key Financial Systems (HFM, Helios, CFIN) to support the central and per country consoli-dation of the reporting and budgeting process
• Perform period-end accounting activities such as reconciliations, allocations, data ex-tractions e.t.c understanding the accounting principles and their impact in reporting
J0B DESCRIPTION
• Experience in related roles in multinationals in the consumer goods sector (FMCG), with a preference for the food sector (1-3 years of practical general accounting expe-rience)
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or equivalent
• Good use of Excel and very good knowledge of SAP
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations and work under pressure
• Precision and analytical skills
• Speed of execution, flexibility and definition of priorities in situations of uncertainty
• Good communication and team working skills
• Fluency in English
