Fraud Agents
Job Description
- Actively review and investigate real-time fraud alerts
- Call-backs to customers for transaction verification
- Participate in the preparation of performance reports KPIs, KRIs etc
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 1 year of experience as fraud agent or 3 years as a call-center agent in one of the major Greek Banks
- Understanding of the digital payments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of English language, both written and oral
- Good command of MS Office suite, especially Excel
