Technical Solutions Specialist (Chalandri)

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a distributor of polymers, specialty chemicals and major plastics processing machinery in Greece and a significant number of European Markets, for a professional to cover the following position:
Technical Solutions Specialist
(Chalandri)
Job Description
• Technical support on site and via phone for customers in Greece and abroad by providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries about spare parts and offering suitable solutions while liaising with technical experts for complex queries.
• Handling end to end Purchase and Sales procedures for spare parts, ensuring accuracy in item selection, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Archiving and updating of system data (ERP, CRM) by maintaining comprehensive documentation of spare parts transactions, including sales records, invoices, and warranty information.
• Actively promoting spare parts sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies and participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
Candidate’s Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in the Technical Field
• Knowledge of autoCAD for mechanical and electrical design: Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Basic knowledge of spare parts and their applications, with the willingness to continuously learn and update product information
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in the technical department and other teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
• Excellent command of English and Greek (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of additional languages (German, Bulgarian, Albanian) would be considered as an asset
• Good computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate inventory management software systems.
• Ability to participate in events and exhibitions.
• Ability to travel
