Talent Acquisition Officer
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar position
- Master’s degree in Human Recourses Management will be considered as an asset
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
Job Description
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Prepare the communication for all the recruitment activities
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contract details
- Contribute to key HR projects
