Our CSR strategy aligns with the most material issues of our core business and responds to global trends in our industry as well as to the request and feedback received from our main stakeholders:
employees, associates/candidates, clients, investors, suppliers and the broader public.
We are convinced that success only can be achieved in the long-term when taking into account the three dimensions of sustainability:
1 Economic
2 Social
3 Environmental
Our goal is to integrate all economic, social and environmental aspects into one strategy that fulfills the requirements of each of the three dimensions without compromising on any one of them.
Win4Youth
One more year, one more challenge, 6 organizations to be supported
Win4Youth is a global sports and CSR initiative organised by Adecco to raise money for foundations supporting abandoned, orphaned or sick children and helping families from disadvantaged communities, while living Adecco’s core values actively.
Since the programme began in 2010, colleagues have taken part in running, cycling and triathlon highlight events. Now, celebrating its 8th year, the 2017 programme will concentrate on achieving the ambitious goal of 4,300,000 kms by triathlon again.
All colleagues, associates and clients of our company, in more than 60 countries are invited to organise their own triathlon events and to participate in local events. If our ambitious goal is achieved by colleagues, clients and associates, The Adecco Group has committed money to selected foundations.
Win4Youth 2017 Foundations
We want to make a real, long-lasting difference to the lives of people across the world who struggle to find work because of their age, background, disability or other factors. Each year, our colleagues have their say on why they wish to support a selection of non-profit nominated foundations from around the world.
In 2012 one of the selected foundations was “The Smile of The Child” and in 2016 “Make-A-Wish Greece”.
For 2017, we have chosen 6 foundations to which we will make a donation.
Adecco Way to Work
40% of employers say they just can’t find young workers with the right skills.
We want to prove them wrong. We give youngsters the advice, opportunities and experience they need to become candidates that employers just can’t ignore.
CEO for One Month
Every year we host the greatest summer internship ever. Learn more about how we put an intern in the shoes of our CEO for One Month.
Experience Work Day
In Spring, we dedicate one day to offer young candidates the chance to shadow our employees.
They can see how it is to work as a CFO, an Accountant, a Marketing Executive, a Sales Consultant and in any other role in our organization. Our employees become for one day youngsters’ mentros offering them job search tips and tools.
Internship opportunities
To land a job, it helps to have experience. We help youngsters get it. Adecco Way to Work offers young people internships and apprenticeships (over 10,500 such opportunities have been provided between 2015 and 2017)
