Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and a knack for inspiring teams? We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our store to new heights! 🔹 What you'll do
- Lead, inspire, and organize store operations while assigning tasks to your team
- Mentor and guide your team to exceed sales targets and achieve success
- Handle customer queries to ensure high-quality services
- Inspect store premises and resolve any arising issues
- Design and oversee promotional campaigns within the store
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends to ensure the store stays ahead
- Follow health and safety provisions according to standard legislation
🔹 What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1+ years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Proven experience in retail sales with a deep understanding of industry best practices
- Exceptional leadership skills with a flair for organization and attention to detail Knowledge of best practices in retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in both Greek and English.
- Good computer literacy and ERP software handling skills will be considered a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed
