Job description
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the organization’s business objectives and goals
- Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service
- Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs and solutions to support business strategy
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the ERP system integrates effectively with business processes and supports efficient workflow
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors and service providers to ensure effective support and service delivery
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and other critical systems
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the company’s IT systems are protected and recoverable in the event of an incident
- Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Ensure all IT systems and practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect the company’s data and IT assets from threats and breaches
- Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management with experience in managing IT teams
- Proven experience managing ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, and optimization
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (ideally Salesforce) and their integration with other business applications
- Knowledge of object-oriented databases and object-oriented architecture
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Experience in coding/programming is a plus
- Advanced project management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positivity, flexibility, insightfulness
