Technical support administrator
Job description
- Administration of Warranty claims (RLC, VRF and heating air conditioning systems)
- Investigation of all possible quality issues and responsible for defective parts shipment to factories
- On time delivery of technical information to customers, such as potential quality issues, difficulties on troubleshooting/ or installations and evauliation of returned products or received damage in the warehouse from transportation
- Technical support for Carrier and Toshiba RLC, VRF and heating units to all stakeholders (distributors, dealers, end users etc)
- Daily supervision and communication with external service partners for required approvals and assistance in resolving problems
- Approvals for reimbursements of sucontractors for orders opened through the ERP system
- Daily control of the receipt of the required warranty spare parts and arrangements, required for their delivery to subcontractors, dealers and contractors by informing them about the shipment
- Procedurally regarding the issuance of all RLC, VRF and BSS warranty orders, request and find required spare parts, contact factories of the right choice, if necessary
Candidate profile
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering from a technical university or institute
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational environment
- Good command of the English language and PC literacy
- Stong interpersonal and organizational skills
