Car Rental Agent (Chania Airport)
Job Description
•Greet and assist customers with car rental enquiries
•Provide information about rental packages and products
•Process rental applications and paperwork
•Handle payments and deposits
•Provide customer service and resolve enquiries
•Ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
•Previous professional experience at corresponding position at least two (2) years
•PC literate, proficient in using MS Office applications.
•Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
•Excellent communication skills
•Team spirit
