Senior RTL Design Engineer - Thessaloniki
Job Description
• Perform RTL development (e.g., coding and debug in Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL), function/performance simulation debug and Lint
• Perform basic verification either in IP Verification environment or FPGA
• Participate in test plan and coverage analysis of the block and SOC-level verification
• Communicate and work with multi-disciplined and multi-site teams
Requirements
• Advanced HDL knowledge, legacy is mostly VHDL, new code SystemVerilog
• Good design coding experience
• Modelling with SystemVerilog is a strong plus
• Data management (e.g. ClearCase)
• Experience with IP creation and maintenance is preferred
• Able to run linting tools (e.g. Spyglass), analyze results and fix code
• Able to run trial Synthesis, understand basics of STA, improve code for physical implementation
• FPGA flow experience is a plus
• Able to understand specifications and requirements (requirement driven flow)
• Able to break down abstract target spec into design, document design work
• Able to abstract technical details is a must
• Excellent communication skills, enjoys working in an international team across locations
• A very good level of spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
• Strong presentation and listening skills are required
